UTHealth Otorhinolaryngology

UTHealth Houston is Texas’ resource for healthcare education, innovation, scientific discovery and excellence in patient care.  UTHealth Houston is one of the nation’s most comprehensive academic health centers.

UTHealth Houston Otorhinolaryngology (the Department of Otorhinolaryngology at McGovern Medical School, part of UTHealth Houston) provides clinical services at 6 locations across the greater Houston region.  The department now includes 18 physicians and 8 audiologists.  The Department hosts the Texas Sinus Institute, Texas Skull Base Physicians, Texas Voice Performance Institute and Texas Center for Facial Plastic Surgery, and sponsors programs in pediatric ENT, otology, and head and neck oncologic surgery.    In addition, UTHealth Houston Otorhinolaryngology has a robust general ENT program, based at 3 community sites.  The department’s educational programs include an ACGME-accredited residency program and 3 fellowships as well as both in-person and virtual CME events.  Lastly, the department conducts clinical trials and hosts a translational science program examining mechanisms of chronic rhinosinusitis.
