The Division of Digestive Diseases in the Department of Medicine at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA invites applications for a faculty position at the level of Instructor, Assistant, Associate, and full Professor ranks. The candidate must have a strong commitment towards expanding our current Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) ambulatory and inpatient practice with interest in both clinical research and teaching students and trainees, including the development of an IBD fellowship program. The position involves participating at the Westwood site.

The candidate should have strong communication skills, a patient-centered approach to clinical care, and an interest in collaborating on scholarly activities. Preference will be given to those with previous experience in IBD care. Leadership opportunities will be available in clinical practice and education based on experience of the candidate. Applicants must be BC/BE Gastroenterologist with specialized expertise in IBD. Applicant must have an M.D./D.O. with completion of internal medical residency and gastroenterology fellowship from ACGME accredited program. We are seeking applicants who have had an extra fellowship year specializing in IBD.
