Saint Peter’s Healthcare System, sponsored by the Roman Catholic Diocese of Metuchen, is comprised of Saint Peter’s University Hospital; Saint Peter’s Foundation; Saint Peter’s Physician Associates; and the Saint Peter’s Health and Management Service Corporation, including the CARES Surgicenter and Family Health Center. Saint Peter’s is a regional specialist in maternity, pediatrics, diabetes, oncology and geriatrics, serving the community for more than 115 years. Saint Peter’s sponsors residency programs in obstetrics/gynecology, pediatrics and internal medicine, and is a major clinical affiliate with Rutgers Biomedical and Health Sciences. Saint Peter’s received its sixth consecutive Magnet® designation for nursing excellence in 2020.
