Nursing Professional Advancement  Program (NPAP)

What: 

The Nursing Professional Advancement Program  (NPAP) enables the Endeavor Health nurse to be their  best as they pursue excellence.

How: 

• If you meet the following criteria you are eligible to  apply:
• A Registered Nurse who spends the majority (≥51)  of their time providing direct patient care (exempt  or non-exempt roles)
• In a budgeted/benefit eligible ≥ 0.5 FTE position
• Clinical Nurse new to Endeavor Health with  ≥ 1 year of nursing experience are eligible to apply  for NPAP 6 months’ post hire date

Three Advancement Levels

• Advanced Clinical Nurse
• Expert Clinical Nurse
• Nursing Leader

• Nursing Education

• Nursing Research
