The Chickasaw Nation Department of Health is a tribal health system located in the hill country of south central Oklahoma, just two hours north of the Dallas, TX metro area.  Fulfilling our mission, we are impacting the health of Native Americans through a committed and dedicated medical staff of 150 providers, new facilities and equipment.  The health administration and providers are focused on pursuing quality and delivering compassionate care to all patients.
