Cheyenne is the capital of Wyoming and the site of F.E. Warren Air Force Base. It is called the “Magic City of the Plains.” It’s the state’s oldest and largest city. It is strategically situated at a major transportation hub (the intersection of Interstates 25 and 80 and two major railroads), lending it as a developing center of commerce. Being only 40 miles from Ft. Collins, CO and 90 minutes north of Denver, CO, Cheyenne sits as the northern anchor city of the Front Range of the Rocky Mountains for great escapes to ski resorts, such as the Medicine Bow National Forest and in the Colorado Rockies.
