- Dr. Jones is an American Board Certified Family Physician.

- Dr. Jones was born, raised and educated near the Atlantic Ocean in Eastern Canada.

- Her medical career began in remote isolated communities in Canada before she moved to Connecticut in 1997. In Connecticut Dr. Jones was in private practice for seven years and held an associate medical professorship with the University of Connecticut Medical School.

- Love of the ocean brought her to St. Thomas in 2004. It was like going home, but warmer!

- Dr. Jones is married to dentist Dr. Enrico Wensing owner of St. Thomas Dental. Dr. Wensing also has a PhD in psychology and conducts research on education for civic engagement for global sustainability.

- Dr. Jones and her husband enjoy being part of the St. Thomas community.
