Eligibility

Employees who are regularly scheduled to work at least 20 hours per week are eligible to participate in the Employee Benefits Program. Employee benefits begin on your date of hire.

Benefits

During your first month of employment, you may elect coverage in several insurance options. The amount you pay each week for health, dental and vision premiums will be paid with pretax dollars.

Health & Dental Plan Choices

Through Harvard Pilgrim Health Insurance you can elect the following health plans Domestic & Community, HMO Plus, or Tiered POS. When you elect a medical plan, you are automatically enrolled with Caremark for your prescription coverage. Our dental insurance is through Delta Dental, offering a Low and High plan. We offer two vision plans through EyeMed Vision Care.
