Our practice covers three areas of our specialty – Orthognathic surgery, dental implants, and dental alveolar. The majority of our surgery is orthognathic surgery and dental implants. Our facilities are set up to perform outpatient surgery – including orthognathics and large implant reconstruction cases.

We have developed a large orthognathic and dental implant practice. Dr. Loetscher was one of the early developers of surgical suite based oral surgery. Orthognathic surgery is performed weekly in our outpatient surgical center. A team of anesthesiologists is present on a regular basis.

On the implant side – we perform the full scope of dental implant services. Including full arch treatment, zygomatic implants, immediate implants at extraction. We have an in-house dental laboratory employing 3 lab technicians. They provide surgical guides for all cases, including stacked guides for full arches. In addition, our digital workflow is advanced, providing immediate milled temporary prosthetics. Orthognathic surgical guides are also made via our dental lab.

We recently expanded our office into the Buckhead/Brookhaven area with a very modern environment. We also have built an attached teaching center to allow presentations to study clubs and mastermind groups.
