Altru Health System (www.altru.org ) is a non-profit integrated health system with headquarters on a 90-acre medical campus in Grand Forks, North Dakota.  Altru was created July 1, 1997, when the Grand Forks Clinic and United Hospital integrated.  Altru is a 265-bed, Level II Trauma Center with more than 200 physicians representing 44 specialties and serving a primary care population of over 220,000.
