What is the difference between the Basic and Standard packages?

The Basic package addresses one contract and only one email sent containing the attorney’s notes. Once the email is sent, the Basic package services are concluded. There is no ongoing support. This package is best for people who are ready to sign and have very few questions.

The Standard package addresses one contract and offers 90 days of attorney access via phone and email. The attorney provides custom redlined recommendations and can negotiate on your behalf or help you negotiate on your own. Services are not concluded until you sign the contract and everything is finalized. This package is best for people who want a personalized review and the guidance of an experience attorney.

What if my negotiations go longer than 90 days with the Standard package?

You will have unlimited access to the attorney until you sign the contract and everything is finalized.

Do I need to get the letter of intent reviewed as well as the contract? Do all your plans let me do that?

Both the Standard and Premium packages allow us to review both the letter of intent and the contract, and we highly recommend doing this. While the letter of intent is often non-binding, it can greatly inform the content that will appear in the final contract.

Since it's just one contract can you do a renegotiation with the Standard package?

No. Contract review packages are one-time purchases. However, the Data subscription that we require to perform our contract review services is included and will renew at $199/year. You can cancel this renewal at any time by going to the "My Account" page.

Will it upset the relationship with my employer if I get an attorney involved?

This should not be a concern, as having an attorney review your contract has quickly become an industry standard. We are careful not to upset any relationship between employer and employee, we seek to negotiate what is fair and equitable for both parties.
